How are they made?

The dough of the traditional paczki is rich with flour, sugar, milk, eggs, and butter. The treats are then shaped into spheres and deep fried, then stuffed with various fillings like cream cheese, butter or jam. To top them off, they are coated with more sugar or candied citrus.

While these aren’t good for your diet, they’re even worse for your teeth! All that sugar and dough sticks to your teeth to make cavity central. If you plan on having a paczki, rinse your mouth out with water or brush afterward.
