Dr. Nick M. Kavouklis, D.M.D.
Dr. Nick brings over twenty-five years’ of experience in both clinical patient care and management as a dental professional. Dr. Nick received his undergraduate Biology degree from the University of South Florida and his D.M.D. from the University of Florida College of Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Florida Dental Association, Hillsborough County Dental Association and West Coast Dental Association and is licensed by the Florida Department of Dentistry.
Dr. Nick has diverse background experience and a proven successful record with clinical, entrepreneurial and professional activities in the field of dentistry. He has served as Chairman for Peer Review and as an Expert witness and testimony for the Florida Department of Health.
Dr. Nick is responsible for overseeing training and education of his team of professional dentists, hygienists and certified dental assistants. His range of knowledge includes not only clinical patient care but also dental insurance, quality control and formulation and development of a more natural line of oral home care products.
Amir M. Boules, D.M.D.
Dr. Boules moved from Egypt at the age of 15 and finished high school here in the States. He graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Biomedical sciences, along with a minor in Biophysics. After college, He took some time off and worked in marketing at Sunrise Senior Living. He then matriculated to the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and earned his DMD.
Dr. Boules is currently a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Florida Dental Association, and many local Dental Societies. In efforts to provide effective, compassionate care to those he serves, Dr. Boules tries to attend over forty hours of continuing education per year. He has participated in dental mission trips to serve those in need all over the world.
Dr. Boules treats his patient with compassion and in a manner that comforts them and has helped alleviate the fear of dentistry that so many possess.
Marci Johnson, Assistant to Dental Director
Born and raised here in Florida, Marci Johnson received her expanded functions and radiology diploma from Erwin Technical School in 1993. For the past nineteen years, Marci has continued to grow her skills as a chair side assistant. Marci’s charismatic personality brings joy to her patients and allows them to relax during dental procedures.
Marci is passionate for personal growth and education. She enjoys sharing her knowledge with patients and helping them understand their dental care. She values the additional training and insight she receives from Dr. Nick and Dr. Boules. We have been blessed to have her as a critical part of our dental team.

Gloria Cort, VP of 1st Impressions
Gloria Cort has over thirty-seven years in the dental field and brings her expertise in office management and treatment planning. Her previous experience includes VP of Hillsborough County Dental Assistant Society and she currently is an active member of the Apollo Beach Chamber of Commerce.
Gloria has expanded her career to include aesthetics and is a licensed esthetician, body wrapper and electrologist. In her free time, she donates her services to charities where she offers complimentary facials for women undergoing cancer treatments. Gloria enjoys spending her free time with her two Chihuahuas, Tia and Chico and her grandson Layne.
Julissa Erickson, Dental Hygienist
Julissa Erickson believes that educating her patients is an essential part of helping them maintain long-term oral health and success. She has achieved a decade of experience in the dental field, and specializes in the prevention of oral diseases, such as dental cavities, periodontal disease, oral cancer, and tooth loss. To Julissa, the most rewarding part of her career as a dental hygienist is transforming smiles.
Julissa was born and raised in a military family and values the importance of family, health and quality of life. She loves being outdoors, and enjoys participating in CrossFit workouts with her family.
